Mr Kailas Rathod has completed his Post Graduation in Rural Studies. He has a vast experience of working with rural communities and farmers. Before joining SPMESM, he has dedicated 6 years of his life as a full- time volunteer for social transformation in Marathwada region. He also leads the Gramvikas (Rural Development) initiative with a team of dedicated volunteers.
