Over two decades of service in the urban slums and remote rural areas we have realized that ignorance is another prime factor with poverty, keeping people away from the health care.

No access to affordable quality health solutions and lack of awareness cause negative impacts on the life.

Through the battery of Community Health Projects SPMESM is improving the vital health parameters of the residents of remote villages and urban slums. These projects are providing right combination of curative and preventive health activities. The ultimate result in the form of positive changes in health behavior is ensuring sustainability in the longer run.

Most importantly, SPMESM has a strong backing of the most popular health organization of the region- Dr. Hedgewar Hospital, Aurangabad.
